Embroidered Tambour Net Lace is so ornate and very rare to find. Highly collectible for it’s net lace applique and embroidered outline stitches.
We tied the skirt with an antique ribbon in a soft watercolor shade of green.
This beautiful piece measures approximately 14″ tall and 5 1/2″ wide
Lined with an antique cotton fabric form that is stuffed with fine cotton fill. Our form is shorter than the lace, in order to highlight the beauty of the delicate design.
We use an authentic, solid wood bobbin that had lived a previous life in a textile mill. We applied a weight to the bottom, to add stability and ease of decorating.
